Who is more susceptible to catching HPV & Genital Warts, a man or a woman? - hpv more condition_treatment

Is it more difficult for women to get HPV as opposed to a man? A friend of mine told me that if a woman has HPV (genital warts) more than likely she has had multiple sexual partners. I do not see how this is possible, but I thought I would have remained in force.
