I have XP Media Center Edition (2005) and can not simply run the Media Center.
I tried all the settings in Media Center J. NET Framework, and nothing seems to happen.
The process of identifying and thead always happen, and if I choose to debug, says there is no JIT debugger.

I suppose you could these programs before you run?
If so, you could try to make his plan at a time earlier than the System Restore to reverse.
If that does not help: most likely already on your computer with the recovery of data, a protected partition if you are a non-destructive could run format. This option will not remove all the restore files, but your entire system / OS / Media Center files delivered to the factory condition.
